Club Privileges
Charles City Elks Lodge #418 is a Private Club.
Please keep in mind that use of the Lodge and Lodge grounds is a privilege afforded to Lodge members and their accompanied guests only. All Lodge members must have their membership card with them all the time. It is your proof of membership.
Your guests are always welcome, but please remember that you must accompany them when entering the Lodge and they must sign-in as your guest in the registry near the front door. There are no exceptions. If you have any questions, please contact a Lodge officer.
We have over 50 table seats available in the Members Lounge and 15 bar height seats at the Bar Top. For busy nights the adjoining Banquet Room can accommodate spill over with seating for approximately 300 guests.
DURING HALL RENTALS : The Members Bar is open to members EVEN when the Lodge is rented out for Private Events (Weddings, Parties, Social Events, etc.) – Charles City Elks Members must order and collect their drinks from the Bar and retire to the “East Room”, as not to disrupt the rental event in process.
You’re more than welcome to play pool, Watch TV, play cards, etc. You can always return to the Bar and order more drinks during the private event, as long as you return to the East Room of the Lodge.
